Fees
Please call our office or email pamelabashor@speechexcellence.com to inquire about our fees.

Insurance

As a fee-for-service provider, we are considered "out of network" for most insurance companies. We work with Vocational Rehabilitation and the VA.

Insurance coverage for speech pathology services is often very limited and based on medical necessity (for example: recovering from an illness, accident or injury). We will provide you with the necessary information for you to file your insurance claims, however, we cannot guarantee that insurance will cover speech services in your particular case. If you are planning to file, please check with your insurance provider to see if, and at what levels, speech, and language therapy is covered by your policy. Ask if they require pre-authorization or referral. Ask if you have out-of-network benefits and if your deductible has been met. Your insurance may reimburse you a portion of your fees.

Regardless of your insurance plans, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept checks, bank drafts, and all major credit cards including Health Savings cards.

Cancellation Policy and Missed Appointments
Appointments may be canceled 24 hours in advance without incurring a charge. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the half of the session fee; this charge will be waived if you reschedule and attend the appointment within 8 calendar days of the original appointment time.

Missed appointments will be charged in full.
